As with any experienced and successful developer, we will usually appoint a professional team with whom we have worked successfully in the past to manage the construction and delivery process.

Minerva has formed a relationship with a major construction business of similar ethos to enable joint ventures on a project-by-project basis.

Finance

The Minerva team has a significant amount of experience in raising finance and setting up the most appropriate financial structure for the transaction.

The team has built strong relationships with equity providers, banks, mezzanine finance providers as well as funds which allows it the ability to maximise returns and minimize risk for investors and partners.

Minerva will monitor and report on the financial performance of each development.

Minerva will provide an accounting function for the ongoing management and statutory reporting requirements, including tax analysis and compliance.

Operations

The team has a great deal of experience with commercial lettings and residential accommodation lettings and management.

The team has been directly involved in the appointment of external property managers at an early stage to ensure the project design enables operational efficiency where possible and will work closely work with the operational management company to ensure that the net operating income of an asset is maximized.
