The Model – Site Requirements

Core requirements of the Minerva model sites are:

  • Location in city centres or easily commutable to city centres.
  • Preferably mixed use so able to accommodate residential plus SME workspace (typically 25-30,000 s.f.) and community amenities.
  • Suitable for at least 100 units (if flatted) or 200 units (if houses), 25-30k sq ft workspace.
  • Locations where rental levels are unaffordable (for working people on low/medium incomes).
  • TDC of at least £35m.
